These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“user,” “you,” or “your”) and Sharma Tech Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your access to and use of the Word Blaze – Word Search Game mobile application and related website materials (collectively, the “Service”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Word Blaze, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age required in your region).
3. Accounts
Certain features of Word Blaze may require account registration, including through Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and device access
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach related to your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, appear fraudulent, or pose a risk to other users or the Service.
You may delete your account at any time using the in-app process described on our Delete Account page.
4. Game Rules
Word Blaze is a word search puzzle game that may include unlimited levels, categories, daily rewards, offline modes, and competitive elements. You agree to:
- Play fairly and not attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate scores
- Refrain from using bots, scripts, reverse engineering tools, or unauthorized third-party software
- Not interfere with servers, networks, analytics, authentication, or other users’ enjoyment
- Not misuse leaderboards, rewards, or communication channels associated with the Service
We may modify levels, difficulty, rewards, categories, availability, or gameplay balance at any time to improve the experience or maintain Service integrity.
5. Virtual Rewards (Flames)
Word Blaze may award virtual items or progress indicators known as “Flames,” as well as streaks, badges, status indicators, or similar rewards. Flames and other virtual rewards:
- Have no real-world monetary value
- Are licensed, not sold, exclusively for use within the Service
- Cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other legal tender
- May be modified, reset, or removed if we detect abuse, technical errors, or Terms violations
- May be permanently lost upon account deletion, suspension, or Service discontinuation
We make no guarantee that Flames, progress, or rewards will remain available indefinitely.
6. Leaderboards
Leaderboards may display usernames, rankings, scores, Flames, and related competitive statistics. By participating, you grant us permission to display eligible progress data publicly within the App. We may remove or adjust leaderboard entries that appear inaccurate, abusive, duplicated, or obtained through prohibited means. Leaderboard availability and ranking methods may change over time.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service—including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, icons, UI design, text, puzzles, trademarks, audio, animations, and brand assets—are owned by Sharma Tech Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except where expressly permitted by law.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
- Upload or transmit malware or harmful code
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Collect personal data from other users without authorization
- Circumvent security, authentication, or access controls
9. Advertising and Third-Party Services
The Service may include advertisements and integrate third-party technologies such as Google services, Firebase products, analytics providers, and advertising networks. Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, practices, or availability outside our reasonable control.
10. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in abusive or fraudulent activity, or if continued access would create legal, security, or operational risk.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account through the App. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends, and Flames, progress, rewards, streaks, and leaderboard records associated with your account may be removed.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer of Warranties, and governing provisions—shall survive.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sharma Tech Labs and its directors, officers, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us (if any) for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sharma Tech Labs and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information. By using the Service, you consent to those practices.
15. Updates to the Service and Terms
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, virtual rewards, leaderboards, and supporting infrastructure. We may also revise these Terms periodically. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and may provide notice through the App or website.
Continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional in-app notices we provide, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sharma Tech Labs regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements relating to the same subject matter.
